Missouri Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Information on this site and its linked search tools may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose covered by the FCRA.
Accuracy and Changes
Missouri government offices can change records without notice, and public rosters may update after a delay. Private index pages can also be delayed, duplicated, incomplete, or wrong. We cannot promise that every detail on this site or an outside page is complete or current. Confirm custody, release, case status, hours, and any payment instructions with the office that issued the information before traveling or sending money.
No Legal Advice
Nothing on these pages is legal advice. The information cannot take the place of advice from a licensed attorney who can review the facts and court record for a particular matter.
Outside Search Tools
Some pages include search boxes operated by outside providers. Those providers control their results, prices, and handling of information entered into their tools. Use their own terms and privacy notices to understand what they collect or charge.
Links to Other Records
Links may lead to Missouri jail rosters, sheriff and corrections sites, court portals, federal custody locators, county subdomain pages, and other resources. Official agency and court systems are the sources to check for current records and case outcomes. Private indexes are secondary copies, and their operators control their content, accuracy, and availability. A link does not mean that Missouri Busted Mugshots verifies or endorses the destination.
No Official Records Are Hosted
This site does not host jail rosters, inmate files, booking photos, warrant data, or court records. It directs visitors to the agencies and official locators that may hold them. For local custody or booking material, ask the sheriff or police records custodian. For state correctional information, use the Missouri Department of Corrections (MODOC); for a court outcome, contact the issuing court or clerk.
